Chartered Management Institute - First Line Management – Level 3 Diploma
In today’s challenging business environment, what can you do to ensure your competitive edge? What is it?
A Qualification in Management and Leadership is a great way to improve the management skills of your staff and for them to gain formal recognition for their management experience. It provides a solid foundation of management models and best practice, whilst providing delegates with practical opportunities to apply their learning and skills in the workplace and to review their achievements throughout the programme. How long will it take?
Starting in October 2009, the programme runs over 7 months, averaging a one-day workshop per month, plus self-study time and candidates will be able to achieve a nationally recognised management qualification at Level 3.
