Chartered Management Institute - First Line Management – Level 3 Diploma

What is it?

A Qualification in Management and Leadership is a great way to improve the management skills of your staff and for them to gain formal recognition for their management experience. It provides a solid foundation of management models and best practice, whilst providing delegates with practical opportunities to apply their learning and skills in the workplace and to review their achievements throughout the programme. How long will it take?

Starting in November 2010 the programme runs over 7 months, averaging a one-day workshop per month, plus self-study time and candidates will be able to achieve a nationally recognised management qualification at Level 3.

Funding may be available to help you out.....you may be eligible for funding of this Diploma as part of the Government's Train2Gain Initiative.
