Chartered Management Institute Manifesto

CMI Manifesto for a Better Managed Britain

Ruth Spellman, CMI Chief Executive believes we need a management and leadership revolution to meet the economic, social and political challenges facing Britain.

Based on consultation across the CMI’s membership, the CMI Manifesto sets out the action needed from Government, from employers and from individual managers to upgrade our managerial and leadership skills base. There’s a fundamental need for better recognition of what managers do and a renewed effort to support their professional development.

The CMI is urging managers, employers and policy makers to demonstrate their commitment to management and leadership excellence by pledging support for this Manifesto. To give the CMI your backing, please complete the below form.
