Deborah Willis designed and facilitated a 2-day Team Building workshop for CIBA Vision (UK) Ltd
The brief: to focus on improving understanding of personal communication styles and recognition of talents, strengths and weakness within the team.
The solution: a 2-day structured workshop with a range of communication activities, including identifying and responding to Social Styles; identifying preferred team roles and their impact on team effectiveness; providing recognition and feedback to individuals for their contribution to the team, and improving team recognition within the wider organisation.
The programme helped the team to:·
* Identify individual strengths and capabilities·
* Identify personal Styles and develop flexibility in communicating with other Styles·
* Explore ways in which to offer personal recognition for individual team contributions·
* Develop a greater depth of understanding of the needs of individuals within the team, promoting greater team co-operation
and collaboration“
